Roofing is one of the few trades where the product is invisible after installation and the failure shows up years later. Vetting is the only real quality control you have, and it happens before award.
Ask For These
- State license and registration. Ours is NJ HIC 13VH14224400.
- Certificates of insurance with limits, plus workers compensation, issued to you as certificate holder.
- Bonding capacity from the surety, single project and aggregate.
- Manufacturer approval for the exact system being installed, since only approved installers can issue the warranty.
- Safety record, written fall protection plan, and OSHA training documentation for the crew that will actually be on your roof.
- Past performance on facilities like yours, with references you are allowed to call.
Then Read The Proposal
Look for a defined scope with quantities, named products, code items called out, daily dry-in and site protection, a schedule, and a closeout package. Vague proposals become change orders.
We are set up to answer all of it, including federal, state, county, and municipal procurement requirements. Call (862) 329-4766.
